The 5-month scheduled totals equal the setup charge plus five monthly service fees; they are not single upfront charges. First-year totals equal the setup charge plus 12 months of service. Both are before applicable sales tax and third-party charges. Full limits and terms appear below.

Monthly managed plans require a 5-month initial minimum, then continue month-to-month. Minimum scheduled totals include setup and five monthly service fees: Tier 1 $495, Tier 2 $995, and Tier 3 $1,495, before applicable sales tax. They are billed as the setup charge plus monthly service fees, not as one upfront payment. The minimum applies only to managed monthly plans; Tier 1 and Tier 2 one-time alternatives have no recurring Menu Rescue service. Every project begins only after Menu Rescue accepts a written scope and the customer approves it.

What the monthly fee covers

Ongoing service with defined limits

The setup charge pays for the initial build. The monthly fee pays for the active services listed below during each paid billing month; it is not an unlimited redesign or a payment toward domain ownership.

Tier 1 · $49/month

5-month initial minimum · $495 scheduled total including setup, before tax

Keep the mobile menu dependable

  • Managed hosting, SSL, availability checks, and a recoverable backup
  • Link and QR-destination monitoring
  • One monthly service report covering availability, link and QR checks, backup status, and completed update work
  • One consolidated request for up to five simple item or price changes, or one hours or text correction

Tier 3 · $149/month

5-month initial minimum · $1,495 scheduled total including setup, before tax

Run a controlled update cycle

  • Managed hosting, SSL, monitoring, backup, and the monthly service report
  • One approved requester, one request channel, baseline documentation, and an update log
  • One monthly batch with up to 15 simple changes and two supplied photo replacements
  • One hours update or one short announcement in that batch

Customers may give cancellation notice at any time. If notice is given during the initial minimum, service and scheduled monthly charges continue through the end of month 5; Menu Rescue does not collect the remaining monthly fees early as a lump sum.

Monthly requests do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, extra batches, third-party subscriptions, domain renewals, printing, and rush, weekend, emergency, or after-hours work are not included.

Any customer domain included in a project is registered to and controlled by the customer. If a project uses a managed subdomain or platform URL, the written scope identifies who controls it, what happens when service ends, and whether new QR materials may be needed.

A simple change edits approved content inside the existing page structure. New sections, new layouts, source cleanup, redesign, integrations, and third-party account work are not simple changes. Monthly support is limited to defect reports and the included update request through the designated channel.

Important service boundaries

Customer photos must be authorized for use. Printed QR materials, custom ordering systems, third-party platform charges, new pages, redesigns, and work outside the listed scope are not included unless separately approved in writing.

Restaurants register, control, and pay for their domains directly. Menu Rescue receives delegated access only. One-time handoff is available for Tier 1 and Tier 2 only and includes a 14-calendar-day defect-only stabilization period.

Rush, emergency, weekend, and after-hours production are not included. Annual prepay pricing is published, but enrollment is not yet open. Any annual renewal will require new written approval and payment rather than renewing automatically.
