Website information
This website provides general information about Menu Rescue LLC, available service packages, starting prices, examples, and ways to make an inquiry. Information may be corrected or updated when services change.
No project begins through website use alone
Visiting the website, sending an inquiry, or requesting a quote does not create a customer relationship or require either party to proceed. A project begins only after Menu Rescue accepts the project in writing and the customer approves the written scope, price, timing, responsibilities, and payment terms.
Pricing and availability
Published prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise. Package limits control the included scope. Add-ons, custom requests, third-party expenses, and production schedules require written confirmation. Rush, emergency, weekend, and after-hours production are not offered. Availability is not guaranteed until a project is accepted.
Customer materials
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of supplied menus, prices, hours, contact details, links, branding, and other content. Customers must have permission to use every photo, logo, trademark, and other material they provide.
Demonstrations
Demonstration restaurants, menus, contact information, and images are fictional. AI-generated images may be used for demonstration purposes. Demonstrations show design and structure; they are not customer results, performance claims, or promises that every project will be identical.
Third-party services
Maps, domains, hosting, ordering, reservations, payment services, social platforms, and other third-party tools remain subject to their own terms, fees, availability, and policies. Menu Rescue does not control third-party outages or account decisions.
Domains, accounts, and access
Any customer domain included in a project is registered to and controlled by the customer. Customer-specific production accounts should remain under customer control where the selected platform permits it. Menu Rescue uses delegated access when needed and does not require shared passwords or sole super-administrator control. If a project uses a Menu Rescue-managed subdomain or platform URL, the written scope identifies that URL, who controls it, what happens when service ends, and whether new QR materials may be required.
Menu Rescue-provided managed hosting described in the selected monthly package is included in that monthly fee. The customer pays only the separate registrar, platform, premium-asset, provider, printing, shipping, or other third-party charges identified in the written scope. No new recurring third-party charge is added without prior written approval.
Recurring service and cancellation
A monthly fee covers only the hosting, monitoring, backup, reporting, update allowance, and support specifically listed for the selected paid package. Requests do not roll over. Cancellation, nonpayment, export, final support dates, and access removal are governed by the separate written customer agreement. Ending service does not transfer the customer's domain to Menu Rescue.
Monthly managed plans require a 5-month initial minimum, then continue month-to-month. The minimum scheduled total includes setup and five monthly service fees: Tier 1 $495, Tier 2 $995, and Tier 3 $1,495, before applicable sales tax. These are not single upfront charges.
Customers may give cancellation notice at any time. If notice is given during the initial minimum, service and scheduled monthly charges continue through the end of month 5; Menu Rescue does not collect the remaining monthly fees early as a lump sum. Annual prepay covers 12 months of managed service. Setup is separate, it does not renew automatically, and enrollment is not yet open. The signed agreement provides the exact billing dates, cancellation effective date, service-end date, and any annual refund calculation.
Before any recurring charge begins, the written agreement states the charge amount and frequency, included services, initial billing term, renewal or nonrenewal rule, cancellation method and effective date, refund rule, failed-payment process, service-end date, export or handoff process, and access-removal date. The customer must accept those terms before billing begins.
A static QR code contains a fixed destination. It continues to work only while that exact destination remains available. Changing or discontinuing the destination may require new QR materials.
No guaranteed results
Menu Rescue does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, uptime of third-party services, or other business outcomes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or infringing material, or falsely claim that a fictional demonstration represents a real business.
