Practical website help for independent restaurant owners

Menu Rescue is an owner-operated Washington business serving independent restaurants remotely across the United States.

Meet the owner

Hi, I’m Andrew Burgess

I created Menu Rescue to solve a practical problem: customers should not have to search through menu photos, social posts, and third-party pages just to find a restaurant’s current menu, hours, location, and contact details.

I began working in grocery retail in 1996. Over the years, I moved from frontline work into store leadership and category buying. I have led teams of about 180 people in operations with more than $100 million in annual sales. That background taught me how much accuracy, clear communication, and follow-through matter to customers and business owners.

The business is owner-operated in Washington and available remotely nationwide. I work directly with each restaurant, document the agreed scope, and prepare the details for the owner to review before launch. I do not promise rankings, traffic, or sales that a website alone cannot guarantee.

I also created OwnerClarify, a practical decision platform that helps small-business owners compare options using transparent calculators and plain-English explanations.

Why Menu Rescue exists

Good food should not be hidden behind a bad digital experience

Independent restaurants often have the information customers need, but it is scattered across social pages, menu photos, maps, and third-party services. Menu Rescue focuses on organizing that real information into something clear and useful.

01

Clarity before complexity

Make the menu and essential restaurant details easy to find and read.

02

Restaurant identity first

Use the restaurant’s approved information, branding, and rights-cleared photos.

03

Honest boundaries

Do not promise rankings, sales, traffic, or functionality that has not been approved and tested.
