Everything included in every Menu Rescue tier
Compare the full current scope before choosing a package. Every tier includes the restaurant’s normal contact and navigation links plus up to three approved links to existing external services.
Monthly managed plans require a 5-month initial minimum, then continue month-to-month. Minimum scheduled totals include setup and five monthly service fees: Tier 1 $495, Tier 2 $995, and Tier 3 $1,495, before applicable sales tax. They are billed as the setup charge plus monthly service fees, not as one upfront payment. The minimum applies only to managed monthly plans; Tier 1 and Tier 2 one-time alternatives have no recurring Menu Rescue service. Every project begins only after Menu Rescue accepts a written scope and the customer approves it.

- Another comparable restaurant service hosted by an existing provider
Link-only boundary
A clear button, not a provider integration
Menu Rescue adds ordinary outbound buttons or hyperlinks. Before release, we verify that each approved link opens over HTTPS, works on mobile, and points to the correct restaurant and location. The customer approves the exact proof.
The customer and external provider remain responsible for provider terms, accounts, credentials, fees, service availability, uptime, transactions, payments, refunds, reservations, customer data, and ongoing provider operation.

- Embedded widgets, scripts, or provider code
- API, POS, or menu synchronization
- Checkout, payment, or reservation processing by Menu Rescue
- Provider-account setup, credential handling, provider selection, negotiation, or support
- Multiple-location routing or more than three external service links
Different work requires a separate written scope and quote if Menu Rescue elects to offer it.

Mobile Menu
A focused mobile menu for restaurants that need one clear, professional destination for customers.
$250 setup + $49/month

Customer inputs and timing
Complete information starts the clock
The first-proof window is five to seven business days after the applicable setup or one-time payment and a completed Intake Readiness Certificate. Timing starts only when the required content, rights, addresses, approved links, domain facts, and access decisions are complete and usable.
The customer supplies final wording, licensed images, and every external-service destination; confirms that each destination belongs to the correct restaurant and location; and approves the exact proof. Silence is not approval.
Common exclusions and document control
Unless a released written scope says otherwise, tiers exclude extra locations or languages, translation, redesign beyond the selected structure, custom application development, POS integration, test orders, payment processing, contact-form or diner databases, advertising pixels, dynamic QR tracking, emergency or rush service, unlimited support, and outcome or ranking guarantees.
