Who we are
Menu Rescue LLC is a Washington-based website service for independent restaurants and selected local-service businesses. Questions about this policy may be sent to hello@getmenurescue.com.
Information you choose to provide
You may provide your name, restaurant or business name, email address, phone number, location, website or social-page links, menu or service information, project details, and files you choose to send. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information by ordinary email.
How the website contact tool works
When you select “Send message,” the website transmits the form fields to Menu Rescue, stores the inquiry for follow-up, and uses an email delivery provider to notify Menu Rescue. The form does not require an email application on your device. Direct email and phone links remain available as alternatives.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether a project fits Menu Rescue's services, prepare and deliver approved work, maintain business and transaction records, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations. Menu Rescue does not sell personal information.
Service providers and third-party links
Email delivery, phone, hosting, security, domain, payment, and other providers may process information when needed to provide their services. The contact form's email-notification provider processes the inquiry fields to deliver the notice to Menu Rescue. Links to maps, ordering, reservations, social platforms, and fictional demonstrations lead to separate services governed by their own policies.
Technical information
Hosting and security infrastructure may process routine request, device, network, and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. Menu Rescue does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising on this website.
Anonymous traffic and click measurement
Menu Rescue uses a first-party measurement tool on this website to count anonymous browser-tab visits, page views, link clicks, and successful contact-form submissions. The application database may store the event time, page path, a sanitized click destination, referring website hostname, if one is supplied by the browser. Reports may group a recognized hostname such as ownerclarify.com as an anonymous acquisition source.
The measurement tool does not set a visitor identifier or advertising cookie and does not store a full referring URL, IP address, user-agent string, or contact-form contents in the analytics table. Contact inquiries are stored separately from anonymous analytics. It does not identify a verified person or track visitors across unrelated websites. Reports use no more than the latest 90 days of raw events. The active database checks for and deletes older events whenever a new event is stored; if all site activity stops, older rows may remain until the next event or maintenance operation. Hosting-provider recovery copies may persist for a separate, limited recovery period. Aggregate counts may be kept longer for business reporting. Disabling JavaScript prevents this first-party measurement, although hosting and security processing may still occur.
Contact-form security and retention
The contact form stores the information you submit, the submission time, delivery status, and a short anti-abuse token. The application does not store the raw IP address or user-agent string with the inquiry. The anti-abuse token is created from network information with a private salt and cannot be used by Menu Rescue to recover the original address. Inactive website inquiries are ordinarily deleted after 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed for an active customer relationship, legal obligation, security investigation, or dispute.
Strictly necessary cookies
Menu Rescue uses Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website. Cloudflare may set the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie when its bot-management protections apply. The cookie expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity and contains encrypted information used to calculate a bot score; it does not correspond to a Menu Rescue user ID. Menu Rescue does not use this cookie for advertising and does not currently use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies. See the Cloudflare cookie documentation.
Retention
Inquiry and project information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or perform requested work, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention may differ for prospective-customer, customer, payment, and legal records.
Your choices
You may ask Menu Rescue to review, correct, export, or delete information associated with your inquiry. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons. Send requests to hello@getmenurescue.com.
Children
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and Menu Rescue does not knowingly seek personal information from them.

This policy may be updated as the website or services change. The date at the top will identify the current version.
